L. Sipperly & Associates has received final design approval
on a 200 acre site encompassing a 329 unit Planned Unit
Development consisting of a combination of traditional single
family homes, estate condominiums, villa condominiums, carriage
houses, and senior citizen condominiums. Design tasks included
preserving sensitive wetland tracts, design of storm water
management with numerous treatment facilities and design of over
3 miles of new roadway and utility infrastructure.
