Meadowdale Estates Residential Community, in Colony, NY, is a large, multi-family residential project located on 58.31-acre lot at 297 Old Niskayuna Road. The site will consist of 334 residential units, comprised of townhomes, cottages and apartments. Lynn Sipperly, of L. Sipperly & Associates, LLC, will be in charge of the cottages and townhomes, as well as the maintenance of the reserved open spaces.
Cohoes Water Main Replacement
L. Sipperly & Associates, LLC has been awarded a contract by the City of Cohoes, New York, for the design of approximately 5200 linear feet of new water distribution mains and appurtenances in a densely populated urban area. The new water mains are a replacement of existing water mains that have been a source of problems and additional maintenance for the City of Cohoes.
Canterbury Crossing
L. Sipperly & Associates, LLC has received for their clients, final project approval of a 200 acre development encompassing a 329 unit Planned Unit Development consisting of a combination of traditional single family homes, estate condominiums, villa condominiums, carriage houses, and senior citizen condominiums. Design tasks included preserving ecologically important wetland tracts, design of storm water management with state of the art treatment facilities and design of over 3 miles of new roadways and utility infrastructure systems.
This project has commenced field construction on roadways and infrastructure systems L. Sipperly & Associates, LLC is providing construction phase services and field survey layout in association with infrastructure and roadway construction and land grading for building sites. Home construction is expected to begin mid-summer of 2012.
